During the Covid-19 pandemic, global education was interrupted one after another. The “Integrated and International Intelligent Learning Industry Program“ which is running by IDB gathers companies in Taiwan’s smart education industry within a short period of time and leads domestic enterprises to spark new ideas in education industry during this period. From April 22 to June 1, the workshop will start to conduct 12 international computational thinking training courses which combines STEAM education about how to fight against Covid-19 for educators from all over the world through live streaming.
IDB has run “Integrated and International Intelligent Learning Industry Program“ for 6 years. This program is willing to offer qualified live streaming courses and has been selected as Hundred Global Collection in Finland for 3 consecutive years (2017-2019). As the Covid-19 situation to get worse, more than 160 countries around the world shuts their schools and nearly ninety percent of the students cannot attend to school. IDB set up the international platform with remote practical courses and live streaming courses which attracts 1055 students from 26 countries which includes Vietnam, India, Philippines, Thailand, the Netherlands, Bangladesh, Spain to attend. This program not only shows our soft power of education but also provides Taiwan’s solutions to learn constantly during the Covid-19 outbreak!
